I am not just an MBA. I am an enthusiastic learner who is keen to take on new challenges. I can adapt to any situation, as I've embraced living in 4 countries and 7 cities. I think in a multidimensional fashion so that all perspectives are taken into account. I've worked in the private and public sectors, and have provided research for non-profit organizations. I have developed ways to renew strategies during my time in the public sector, and have honed person-to-person sales skills through leadership positions at nationwide retailers.
In undergrad, I attended a small Liberal Arts college in Tennessee, focusing my studies on math and business. Here I developed leadership skills through multiple clubs, and through NCAA Div III sports.
What makes my MBA different?
I've taken a diverse range of courses, in the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Administration (MPA), and Master of Resource & Environmental Management (MREM) programs. As a result, I no longer look at issues through a strictly business lens.
What independent research have I done?
At Maryville College, I authored an 85-page senior thesis dissertation entitled: "A study to determine what enhances consumer attraction and how can this be applied to Maryville College admissions office to improve recruitment strategies."
In this study, I identified metrics previously unused in college recruitment, are well as key influencers for high-school aged participants. From this data, strategies were formulated to improve recruitment strategies for the college.
